We are a family oriented martial arts school.  We teach young and old how to stay physically fit in the mind, the body and the spirit.  Our classes are designed for each age and experience level.  We teach Tae Kwon Do as a primary art. We further train in Hybrid Martial Arts (tm) to provide balance, strength and street smarts.

 

Little Dragons

These are students in the 4 to10 year old range.  We specialize in special needs children.

Hybrid Martial Arts

These students are 10 and up.  We teach a balanced program of mixed martial arts to produce the best results for our students.
